About Crenshaw
Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza remains the area's major shopping destination, and the Holiday Bowl, a Googie-architecture entertainment venue from the 1960s and 70s, carries Historic-Cultural Monument status as a reminder of that earlier era. The K Line Metro Station at Expo/Crenshaw now connects the neighborhood to Redondo Beach, and West Angeles Church of God in Christ on Crenshaw Boulevard remains one of the area's largest institutions.
The neighborhood weathered real damage in the 1992 riots and the 1994 Northridge earthquake, and has rebuilt steadily through redevelopment in the decades since. A sedan or party bus suits most Crenshaw trips, depending on the occasion. Tell us your plans and we'll confirm the vehicle and price before booking.
